Need help controlling your finances? How about a wallet that warns when you overspend? That’s exactly what you get with these three concepts from the MIT Media Lab.
The Proverbial Wallets connect to your phone via Bluetooth, then use the internet connection to monitor your online bank account. From there, each wallet has a different way of keeping you up to date. The Bumblebee vibrates with every transaction; the Peacock swells and shrinks with your bank balance; and the Mother Bear becomes harder to open the less money you have available.
It’s a neat idea, and I wouldn’t mind seeing them on the market in time for next Christmas!
