After being initially daunted by the huge box that the cleaner came in, I found it easy to use from the first go. It has a 3.7 litre clean water tank and a 3.4 litre dirty water tank, along with a separate place for the carpet and upholstery cleaner. The product and the water are mixed inside the cleaner for you.

I was changing the water approximately every 1.5 average sized rooms. With a full water tank, the cleaner was heavy, although nothing compared to the industrial cleaners that I had previously used.

There are plenty of settings: wash, rinse, suction and upholstery, and the brushes can be switched on and off. It is useful to keep them on as much as possible, as they really get into the pile of the carpet; however, on delicate carpets and rugs, it is good to have the option to switch them off.

I was really pleased with the results. The cleaner is not claiming to get rid of stains; however it did get rid of a lot of the surface stains from my carpet. The carpets also dried quickly.

The upholstery setting worked fine, but was not as effective as the main carpet cleaner. It did have a long hose, so useful for hard to reach places, such as car seats.

The cleaner claims that it also cleans up spills, which it does very well. However, due to its size, it is quite large to get out frequently for spills, and needs a large storage space.
