T-Mobile Unveil Innovative New Camera Phone

Has the launch of T-Mobile’s new myTouch 4g slide phone caused a stir on the mobile phone photography market?

Packed full of new and exciting features, there is lots to like about this latest offering. As well as a 3.7 inch WGVA Super LCD screen the new model also comes with a 1.2 GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor.

There is an 8 megapixel shooter that covers all low light photography and perhaps the most exciting new feature, a terrific new burst mode which allows you to snap ‘quick fire’ photos at speed. It also takes HDR pictures and 1090p videos.

The ‘rapid fire’ format looks likely to be the biggest weapon this new model has in the battle with its market rivals. It is a terrific innovation and one that, if it works, could have a radical affect on how we use camera phones in general.

The way in which we use our mobile phones to take pictures has changed so much over the last decade. This particular innovation seems likely to be the latest development in the evolutionary process.

Best Camera Smartphones

The last few months has seen a number of new releases in the camera phone market. The iphone 4, the Galaxy S II and the Canon S95 have all been hailed as the latest and greatest pocket phone at different stages upon release. The myTouch 4g Slide will need to live up to its undoubted potential to gain its place among the best new releases.

The Smartphone photography with this model definitely helps it to take its place among its rivals. It also offers a slick exterior package though, with good usability.

Comparisons with market leaders such as those mentioned above are likely to be impossible to avoid. It is the nature of such a competitive marketplace that the advantages and drawbacks of each model will be thoroughly scrutinised.

T-Mobile will be very hopeful though that their latest release can hold its own amongst the big boys.
