Samsung Launch New Business Notebook

Tech giants Samsung have unveiled their brand new business notebook, claiming that the Samsung Series 6 has been built to last with extreme durability. Let’s check out when it really has to offer.

Firstly the diminutive device comes with an Intel vPro technology, meaning businesses can remotely manage the notebook even if it’s switched off.

If you want that James Bond feel, this gadget will make you feel like a superspy with its biometric fingerprint reader.

In case you happen to accidentally leave sensitive data on a train, this nifty little notebook will make sure that important information does not fall into the wrong hands. If that’s not enough security for you, the device also comes with a Trusted Platform Moduel (TMP) that encrypts files and folders.

The Samsung Series 6 notebook is pretty tough as well. Its sleek case can whistand up to 1000kg of force and features anti-shock protection and drops of over 76cm.

For the more accident prone business type, this notebook also comes with a spill resistant keyboard helping to protect against fluid damage.

When creating the new notebook it makes you wonder what people have been doing to the previous ones!

The notebook features an Intel Core i5 processor and Windows 7.  The machine has a battery life three times longer than a typical notebook battery, lasting for around 1000 charges.

“The Samsung Series 6 notebook is an important addition to our notebook portfolio as Samsung strives to become one of the top three notebook vendors by the end of 2012,” said Damian Cusick, General Manager of Computing, Samsung UK and Ireland.

“This high performance device hosts sophisticated security features such as fingerprint recognition, data encryption and powerful anti-theft software which makes it ideal for business use, ” explained Cusick.
