My name is Ben - Christian Esgate. I have worked for Comet for almost 4 years. I work as an Expert Kitchen specialist in the Comet customer support centre. My job involves taking calls from, and calling customers who are having problems with any Large Kitchen appliance. I help these customers to resolve as many problems over the phone as possible. This includes faults with Microwaves, Refrigeration, Laundry – Washing machines and Tumble dryers, and all cooking appliances , electric and Gas. If you have a problem with one of these appliances WE ARE THE TEAM to help! More often than not we can help you over the phone by running a quick diagnostics on your appliance by asking you computer prompted questions, along with engineers knowledge and advice. Our job is to help you resolve the issue instantly or at least within the same day! My personal job also involves calling customers who have booked engineers for “faults” with their appliances who haven’t had a chance to go through this diagnostic procedure. If I help the customer solve the problem over the phone, it saves the customer time, and having to spend time waiting in for an engineer. My name is Ben - Christian Esgate.
